The bank is the judge
A receipt is paid when telebirr or CBE says so. A picture proves nothing, so ReFlow never trusts one.
No banking passwords
We never ask for them, or for full account numbers. We keep the holder name and the last digits, as printed on the receipt.
Nothing deleted
Money and stock change only through new records with who and when. A correction points at the original.
Your SMS stays home
FinFlow reads bank SMS on your own phone. Only payments you mark Business reach the books.
Photos stay on the phone
A receipt photo is read on the phone; only the reference goes to the bank.
You decide who sees what
Each manager and staff member sees only what you switch on. An accountant’s login ends on the date you set.
